Last updated: January 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Nordant platform and related services (“Service”), operated by Nordant (“Nordant”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Purpose of the Service
Nordant provides enterprise software designed to analyze customer-provided business data and surface insights related to risk, exposure, and decision support. The Service is intended to support internal business processes and decision-making.
Nordant does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any insights or outputs generated by the Service are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
2. Business Use Only
The Service is intended for professional and business use only. It is not designed for consumer use.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization and are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including:
- The accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you submit
- Ensuring that you have the right to upload and process such data
- How insights and outputs from the Service are interpreted and used
Decisions based on the Service remain solely your responsibility. Nordant does not validate the underlying business assumptions or correctness of customer-provided data.
4. Customer Data
All data uploaded to the Service remains the property of the customer. Nordant processes customer data solely for providing the Service and in accordance with customer instructions and applicable data protection laws. Nordant does not claim ownership of customer data or use it beyond service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for personal data processing details.
5. Intellectual Property
Nordant retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation. These Terms do not grant ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law. Customer data remains the intellectual property of the customer.
6. Fees and Billing
Some features or usage levels may require payment. Pricing and billing terms are presented before purchase or activation. Unless otherwise stated: fees are non-refundable, taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and pricing may be updated with reasonable notice.
7. Availability and Changes
Nordant may modify, update, or discontinue features as the Service evolves. Availability is not guaranteed; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside Nordant’s control.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the Service to process unlawful or harmful data
Nordant may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep non-public information received from the other party confidential and to use such information solely for purposes related to the Service. This does not apply to information that is public or independently obtained without breach of confidentiality.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordant disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant error-free operation or that outputs will meet specific business expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordant is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Nordant’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Nordant may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached or if continued use poses security or legal risks. Upon termination, access ceases and customer data is handled per contract and law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
